Terms and Conditions

a) Time Management: Students are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. If a student is unable to attend class for whatsoever reason, they must contact their facilitator before the start of the lesson.                        

b) Class Slots: The class schedule is a set class schedule. Should any changes be made, the agency will notify students in advance.

c) Exams and Certification: Students shall undergo an examination of the scope covered in their course prior to receiving a certificate of completion.

d) Course Fee: You are to indicate the payment plan you will be utilizing to pay your course fee. Please note, whichever payment plan is chosen you will be liable for the full and total amount.

e) Refunds & Missed Class: Z Model Management does not offer any refunds for missed classes.

f) Loss &Liability: Z Model Management and its respective director, officers, employees, coaches , volunteers, judges, participants, agents, owners/operators of the facilities and representatives (Collectively “Z MODEL MANAGEMENT”) are not responsible to any injury, damage or loss of any kind suffered by a participant during or as a result of any class, program, activity or event caused in any manner whatsoever including but not limited to the negligence of Z MODEL MANAGEMENT.

g) Ground Rules: Z MODEL MANAGEMENT may in its absolute discretion require to remove a student from the Agency whose attendance, progress, or behaviour is unsatisfactory. In such circumstances the student shall not be entitled to any refund of the fees due or already paid. Nor shall any refund be due for absence due to illness. The agency reserves. the right to require a parent to remove a pupil from the agency if they knowingly fail to disclose important information about their child’s special educational, medical, and social needs. Such information should be advised in writing at least four months before a pupil joins the agency.
